Rockwall ISD participates in a FICA Alternative Plan for substitute, seasonal and part time employees.  Contributions are made to this plan through deductions taken from your pay check equalling 7.5% of your pay.  These funds are avaialable for distribution upon retirement, or resignation of your employment, from Rockwall ISD.  Contact and other information regarding this plan is located below.
